Meta Presence® enables field technicians to interact with remotely available experts to actively collaborate in technical and maintenance activities in the field or on production plants.
Meta Presence® provides, for example, virtual screens to project the view of field technicians, as well as multimedia content such as streaming video from physical cameras and all data available on IOT platforms. In the Metaverse, our platform allows experienced technicians to use digital twins of the plants, virtual copies of the components being serviced. The experience on digital twins allows them to efficiently and safely analyse, experiment and reproduce the actions that will later be carried out in the real world.
