Objective: Vittoria Assicurazioni chose Meta Presence® to organize its first training session in the Metaverse. Collaborators and employees were active participants in a unique immersive experience, not only following the dynamics of the event but experiencing them firsthand, exploring together the potential of training in the virtual world.

Description: The three-dimensionality, persistence, and synchronicity that characterize the Metaverse allowed participants to explore multimedia content simultaneously and collaboratively, creating space for constructive dialogues, immediate feedback, and real-time exchange of ideas. Through the innovative features of Meta Presence®, it was possible to replicate, even remotely, the same interaction dynamics as an in-person meeting, where public and private chats, along with areas with isolated audio, facilitated networking among participants.

The training program was structured into various activities: interactive speeches, group work using collaborative tools integrated into the platform, and gamification activities interspersed with Q&A sessions. The competitive setup, marked by a constantly updated leaderboard with scores achieved, ensured a high level of attention and motivation among participants until the end of the event when the winning group was announced.

With Meta Presence®, it was possible to integrate gamification dynamics into the training sessions of the Vittoria Assicurazioni event: game activities specifically designed to spontaneously bring out the participants' potential and allow trainers to assess their skills, soft skills, decision-making abilities, and problem-solving skills.

Moreover, after the event, with the powerful Analytics module of Meta Presence®, it was possible to access detailed data on participants' interaction dynamics. This tool provided by the platform allowed organizers to gather valuable information on participants' level of attention and engagement, their reaction to different topics, and their behavioral feedback regarding the activities performed.
