Project: Virtual Event
Goal: Brugnoletti & Associates Law Firm organized its first Oval Table in the Metaverse using our Meta Presence® platform. Professionals and clients met to discuss and explore with Lawyer Brugnoletti the new Public Procurement Code.
Description: For this occasion, we created a customized virtual space with the firm's logos and multimedia content.
Guests were welcomed to the virtual hall where, after a short onboarding with the Meta Presence Team, they were able to interact with other participants while waiting for the event to begin.
As in an in-presence meeting, participants took their seats in the virtual meeting room, where they discussed the theme of the event, comparing notes with each other and asking questions of the speakers on stage, ready to engage everyone in attendance.
It was a professional and stimulating atmosphere, characterized by exchanges of ideas and active participation that allowed the guests to experience, even at a distance, the same dynamics of a real-world meeting.
After a final networking phase, which marked the end of the meeting, everyone returned to the reality of their office, bringing with them new perspectives!
