BEFORE

  1. Why did you choose TechStar Academy?

I chose Techstar Academy because it represents for me an excellent opportunity to specialize in the use of the n.1 tool for Relationship Marketing, Salesforce CRM. This course will give me the possibility to grow professionally as well as the possibility to see first-hand important business projects.

 

  1. What is CRM for?

CRM system is a measurement and control tool for monitoring and improving the organizational performance of both internal and external processes. It can be used to “design” a platform carefully considered for the costumer requirements who wants to collect data and use it for their business decisions and improve their business performance.

 

  1. What does a Digital Transformation Consultant do?

Digital Transformation Consultant is a professional figure who drives companies through digital transformation process, by offering them the best advice when there are problems. The figure knows tools that support the transformation process and can use them to satisfy the companies’ need to evolve and improve themselves.

 

  1. What is the first thing you plan to do with Salesforce?

The first thing I plan to do with Salesforce is to apply theoretical skills acquired on real projects concerning established companies, by exploring more Salesforce CRM and by discovering all the “tricks” for using the tool to the point of becoming autonomous in creating and managing projects.

 

AFTER

  1. What is CRM for?

CRM serves to manage, monitor and control everything related to business, internal processes such as order status or the status of making a complaint. Furthermore, external processes, in particular customer interaction. A CRM makes it possible to take a large amount of messy data and then sort and catalogue them by making the best decisions for companies’ objectives, with the aim of both effectiveness in achieving its purpose and efficiency in the use of resources.

 

  1. What does a Digital Transformation Consultant do?

Digital Transformation Consultant works on automation field of the digital processes company, that accompanies it in its digital transformation. For this to be possible, Digital Transformation Consultant must first understand customer’s needs, then be able to suggest the best solution for the specific case that is proposed to him, and lastly put it into practice by setting up CRM tool or reporting the information to the production department that will translate the customer’s requests into practice.

 

  1. What is the first thing you plan to do with Salesforce?

The first thing I plan to do with Salesforce is to test myself on real case studies to implement practical knowledge of the tool. Specially, to be in close contact with customers to fully understand the variety of their needs, according to customers, sectors and be able to propose the appropriate solution.

 

  1. What will you take home from the TechStar Academy?

I will surely take home with me the experience and all that I have learnt along the way. TechStar Academy has given me an insight into a tool like CRM, which is the key to business success and will enable me to respond quickly to the needs of companies.
